WANT TO ADVERTISE ON THIS SITE?
The Pony Club Association of Western Australia Inc reserves the right to refuse the posting of any article

ADVERTISE AN OPEN SHOW / EVENT: (Run by any organisation other than Affiliated Pony Clubs)

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Upload and storage of your program/entry form/other material.
  • Event information will be posted in our 'Dates For Your Diary' page, (eg - date, event type, venue, contacts). Links will also be provided here to your Programme and Entry Form.

HOW TO APPLY:

OPTION 1:

  • Simply email the webmaster at renee@pcawa.com attaching your material. Make sure your pages are in Microsoft Word or PDF Format. Alternatively, you can send us a disk with the material on it.
  • Your form will then be posted immediately approval is received.

WHAT IT WILL COST: The PCAWA will post this information for you for the fee of $11.00 per A4 page (Microsoft Word) per month.

Important: Once posted, an invoice will be issued to you or your Club. Should payment not be made within 5 working days after posting, your form will be removed. Subsequent invoices will be issued monthly on the original posting date. These also must be remitted within 5 working days.

ADVERTISE A BUSINESS:

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Upload and storage of your logo and business brief.
  • Placement of your logo TWICE in the Site. These logos will provide direct links to your WebSite or Email Address. Positions will vary frequently to ensure maximum exposure is received.
  • A specialist 'Advertiser's Forum' is soon to be created, for which you may submit an up-to 500 word brief on your business.

HOW TO APPLY:

  • Simply email the office at renee@pcawa.com attaching your logo, and brief in Microsoft Word format. Alternatively, you can send us a disk with the material on it.
  • Approval must then be sought from the PCAWA Executive. This may take up to 2 business days. Please be aware that some sponsorship deals the PCAWA has in place may restrict the approval of your advertising.

Your logos and brief will then be posted immediately approval is received.

WHAT IT WILL COST YOU: $22.00 per month - Minimum of 3 months

Pony Tales Advertising material must be submitted to PCAWA for review prior to the deadline for each issue. The PCAWA reserves the right to refuse any material submitted. Material to be submitted via e-mail or on disk. Payment to accompany material.

Deadlines for Pony Tales Submissions:

  • Volume 98:  Submissions by 5th January 2007        - Published and Distributed by 31st January 2007
  • Volume 99:  Submissions by 5th March 2007          - Published and Distributed by 31st March 2007
  • Volume 100: Submissions by 5th May 2007            - Published and Distributed by 31st May 2007
  • Volume 101: Submissions by 6th July 2007            - Published and Distributed by 31st May 2007

Costs for Pony Tales Advertising:

  • Quarter A4 Page: $55.00
  • Half A4 Page: $110.00
  • Full A4 Page: $220.00
  • Insertion of your flyer into Pony Tales: $250.00

PCAWA are unable to provide Member details to any party.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse to publish your material should it contravene one of the PCAWA Sponsorship Agreements, or PCAWA Constitution. To this end, please submit your material for review by the PCAWA prior to making arrangements to take an Option (listed below). You will receive a reply within 2 working days. The prices quoted are applicable to external parties only. Affiliated Pony Clubs wishing to advertise using one of these methods please contact the PCAWA direct.

MAIL ADVERTISING - OPTION 1 - You may provide the PCAWA Office with 180 stamped envelopes, containing your material. We will label the envelopes for you, and send within 10 working days. The charge for this service is $30.00. Payment to accompany material.

MAIL ADVERTISING - OPTION 2 - You may provide us with your original, and for a cost of $99.00 per one-sided original A4 page, or $132.00 per double sided original A4 page, we will copy the material and insert it into one of our General Mailings, which goes to approximately people state-wide, all of whom are Club and Zone Office Bearers. These General Mailings are sent quarterly - mid month March, June, September and December. Payment to accompany material.

MAIL ADVERTISING - OPTION 3 - You may supply to the PCAWA Office 180 copies of your material, and for $40.00 we will see it inserted into the mailing. Payment to accompany material.
