CLUB MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Clubs are required to renew their membership with PCAWA each year.
Renewal forms and annual subscription fee are due within one month of your Club Annual General Meeting.
Please note that the Subscription covers the period from the date of receipt of the fee, until the date of the PCAWA Annual General Meeting in the following year. Failure to renew with PCAWA by this date may mean that your club and its members are no longer covered by PCAWA insurance.

Please fill out the Club Membership Renewal Form with details of Club Office Bearers and General Committee plus the details of who is to be contacted if the need arises.
All mailing lists and details of Club Secretaries, etc, are based on the information contained in these forms. The PCAWA will continue to address mail to those office bearers on our mailing lists, until your Club advises otherwise - please advise any changes of names and/or addresses as soon as possible.
ZONE OFFICE BEARERS NOTIFICATION
Zones are required to update their information within one month of the Zone Annual General Meeting.
Please fill out the Zone Office Bearers NotificationForm with details of Club Office Bearers and Zone Delegates plus the details of who is to be contacted if the need arises.
Failure to update information may mean that Zones will not receive correspondence from PCAWA and Council.
