A reminder to all Council Delegates that to eligible to claim reimbursement for travel to council meetings more than 100kms ONE WAY must bee travelled. This Motion was passed in December 2006 and is available to view on this page. It is also recommended that delegates from the same zone travel together as only one delegate is eligible to claim.

4th June - Council Meeting 6.30pm
3rd September - Council Meeting 6.30pm
3rd December - Council Meeting 6.30pm & AGM after council.
Council Meetings are open to all PC Members.
