DAY MEMBER INSURANCE
Day Membership is applicable to the following compulsory points:
Any individual that is not a current financial Riding Member of the PCAWA must pay to become a Day Member to ride at any pony club event or rally. Regardless of other affiliations and insurance held.
Day Membership is $10.00 per rider per fixture. $10.00 per rider is to be sent to the PCAWA.
Becoming a Day Member entitles the rider to Public Liability cover for that fixture only.
All Day Members MUST sign the PCAWA Non-Member Disclaimer prior to participating. Clubs are to retain this Disclaimer.
A rider may attend a maximum of 2 Pony Club Rallies as a day member and will not be covered by any insurance unless a full riding member.
There is no limit on how many competitions you attend as a day member.
If you know you will be taking Day Membership up for more than 4 events during a year, then it is more cost effective to pay the Open Annual Insurance Fee.
This is a once off payment that will provide you with insurance cover at Open Pony Club Events for the calendar year in which you join.
You may choose to pay an Annual Public Liability cover only for $40, or an Annual Public Liability and Personal Accident cover for $100. Please note that you are only insured at officially sanctioned Pony Club competitions and training events.
