International Games

Congratulations to our Australian PPMG team for their performance in the
International Mounted Games competition recently held in the US.

Well done to Sean Corbin who coached the team into second place
and to PCAWA's Elizabeth Craine for being part of that team.
A great result in a wonderful event.

2008 INTERNATIONAL MOUNTED GAMES EXCHANGE

The prime object of such visits is the meeting, exchange of views and better understanding between Pony Club members from the Nations taking part and to broaden the scope of the Pony Club Movement

Competition is restricted to Australia, Canada, Great Britain and the United States of America. It has been agreed that the host nation can invite a fifth team; on this occasion (2008) PCA has invited a team from New Zealand.

Pony Club Australia and Pony Club of Western Australia would like thank our sponsors for supporting us in hosting the International Mounted Games for 2008.

The Australian Team are: Stevie Warboys ( WA), Andrew Atkins (NSW); Jessica Pen-Dennis (NT); Katie Slater (NSW) and Alister Ling (Vic.). These riders earned their position in the team by being selected at a National Selection weekend that was held in Darwin in April this year.

This year the Australian Coach is Sean Corbin and the Chaperone is Michele Wilkie; both from WA and the PPMG sub-committee of WA.
